I’ve liked this brand for a while, so I was disappointed when trying to exchange my order turned into such a headache. I expected it to be straightforward, but the steps weren’t very clear and I ended up spending more time than I wanted just figuring out what I was supposed to do.
Support did reply, but it felt slow and I still didn’t get a simple, direct answer. I want to keep buying from them because I’ve had good experiences with the products before, but this exchange process really made me second-guess that.

I got the confirmation email, but... I had to look it over a couple times because the details weren’t super clear. It worked out, but it could definitely be easier to understand.

The item looked close to what I expected, but the color was definitely a bit off compared to the listing. It’s not totally unusable, but it’s disappointing since I was hoping it would match better. I’d appreciate some sort of compensation or adjustment for the difference.

It took way too many steps just to finish checkout. By the time I finally paid, I felt a bit uneasy and wasn’t fully sure everything had gone through properly. The whole process made me trust the site less than I expected.

I ordered a personalised item and it arrived quickly, which was nice. Uh, the name print just wasn’t as neat as I was expecting. It’s still usable and looks fine from a distance, but up close it’s not perfect.

I found the same stuff cheaper somewhere else, so for students it’s not really worth it in my opinion. I wouldn’t spend extra on this if your trying to save money...

The product itself was fine, but the packaging could definitely be better. I usually expect items to be packed a bit more securely, so this didn’t quite meet my personal standard.

I also had to pay for return shipping, which felt annoying after already waiting forever for replies. The whole thing just wasn’t smooth at all. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was absolutely sure I wouldn’t need to return anything.

When they finally replied, it felt like they had only read about half of what I’d written, so I ended up explaining the same thing 2 or 3 times. After all that back and forth, the problem still wasn’t really fixed properly. Frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again...

It was simple, easy to deal with, and just worked. I’d say if you’re thinking about trying it, it’s worth giving it a shot.

I asked for a refund and, yeah, it did come through in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I was kind of sitting there waiting like, okay, is this happening or not? Not a terrible experience, just wish it had been a bit quicker.

A bunch of the basics I was looking for either weren’t available or only had one choice, so I ended up checking other sites anyway. Not sure it’s worth it if you’re trying to compare products. Did anyone else run into the same issue?

I reached out to customer service hoping they’d actually help me, but i got nowhere. It felt like my issue wasn’t taken seriously at all. At the very least, I would’ve expected an apology or some effort to make things right

The site menus felt messy and slow to use, which made finding anything more frustrating than it should’ve been. I also had to chase them to get my complaint properly looked at, which didn’t help the experience.

I ordered this because the listing made it seem like the full kit was included, but what I received had different items and wasn’t even the same size as shown. When I contacted support, they basically just pointed me back to the product page, which didn’t really help. It feels like no one properly checked the description before putting it up. I probably won’t order from here again.

The box looked kinda off, and there weren’t any proper papers included, which felt damn dodgy. i couldn’t tell if it was genuine or some knockoff nonsense.

I ordered from Student Medical Shop once, it was mostly fine in the end, but they really need to get their communication together. The site looked legit and my stuff did eventually arrive, but the updates were way too slow, and there were times where I had no clue what was going on with my order. That’s on them, because customers shouldn’t have to sit around guessing. The prices were decent, but I wouldn’t order anything urgent from them. If I ever used them again, I’d definitely check reviews first
